I'm looking for a customer experience or client support role where I can manage customer cases, improve service processes, coordinate across teams, and contribute to customer satisfaction.

I'm currently supporting post-installation customer engagement at SolarSquare, coordinating appointments, maintaining CRM records, collecting feedback, and resolving customer concerns with sales, operations, and installation teams.
