I am a dedicated customer support professional with experience handling international processes across chat, voice and email channels. I currently work at TaskUs India Pvt. Ltd and have previously supported PhonePe-related KYC, transaction, and technical issues at Teleperformance.

I excel at multitasking, teamwork and problem solving, and bring strong communication and customer service skills to every interaction. My roles have included blended support responsibilities across chat, voice/non-voice and email.

I have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Vikram University and a background working in high-volume contact center environments where accuracy and empathy matter. I am proficient in Hindi and English and comfortable supporting diverse customer needs.
