In my current role, I manage customer support operations for international clients, handling queries through calls, emails, and support systems. I also run backoffice operations including documentation, case handling, and process coordination, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining operational accuracy. I collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience and workflow efficiency.

Previously, I supported customers through voice and non-voice channels for orders, returns, refunds, and account queries, and I maintained service quality through clear communication and process compliance. I’m especially strong in client communication, query resolution, email & chat support, and issue resolution—always with attention to detail and continuous problem-solving.
