What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level help desk or desktop support role where I can apply hands-on troubleshooting, grow toward systems administration or cybersecurity, and work in a collaborative, user-focused environment.

I am an entry-level IT support specialist currently training at Lindsey Hopkins Technical College and pursuing A+ certification, with hands-on experience resolving hardware and software issues for students and staff.

I have supported device setup, OS installations, device imaging, network connectivity, and lab deployments while reducing downtime and improving classroom readiness. I collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot complex issues and improve resolution efficiency.

I have foundational knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP (IPv4/IPv6), experience using Ping and Traceroute, and lab experience managing user accounts, password resets, group policies, and Azure AD/Active Directory.
