What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Help Desk or IT Support position where I can provide reliable user assistance and continue developing my technical skills.

My Computer Technology–Information Systems Specialist studies at Trident Technical College gave me hands-on experience troubleshooting personal computers and configuring home networks. I also earned an A+/Network+ Technician Certificate.

As a Peer Computer Tutor with the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) at Trident Technical College, I helped fellow students troubleshoot computer problems and use Microsoft Office applications. I explained technical concepts in approachable language.

At Dyson & Associates, I responded to customer questions and maintained payment and property records. I also coordinated with contractors and service providers to address reported maintenance needs and communicate updates.
