I am an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system access, and account management.

I earned the Google IT Support certification and am pursuing CompTIA Security+. I am building a home lab that includes isolated Active Directory domain controllers, a Splunk server, and simulated attacker and SOC machines.

In professional roles I provided daily technical support including password resets, login troubleshooting, and site access support in a high-volume healthcare call center, and previously taught computer fundamentals and Microsoft Office to adult learners.

I document my lab work publicly and practice HIPAA-compliant support. I seek entry-level IT roles where I can apply Active Directory, Splunk, and hands-on troubleshooting while expanding my cybersecurity experience.
