I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my IT skills and customer service experience in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

I am a highly motivated graduate with a strong work ethic and a passion for technology. Having completed my BSc in Computer Science at the University of Lancaster, I have developed a solid foundation in programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript. My education has equipped me with the technical skills necessary to excel in the IT field, and I am eager to apply these skills in a professional setting.

Throughout my work experience, I have honed my customer service abilities, particularly during my time as a Sales Assistant and Call Centre Agent. I pride myself on delivering exceptional service, whether it’s processing transactions at a fast food restaurant or managing donor relations in a call centre.
