I also bring independent, performance-driven experience from delivery and warehouse work, where I used apps, GPS, scanning systems, and internal records to stay accurate and on schedule.

I’m skilled in data entry, documentation, and digital reporting, with basic technical troubleshooting ability. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I’m currently pursuing IT support training (Google IT Support Certificate) to deepen my ability to solve technical issues for customers remotely.
