I’m looking for a role that blends technical troubleshooting with high-quality customer support. I want a team that values clear documentation, calm problem-solving, and continuous improvement—so I can help customers quickly and accurately.

I deliver exceptional customer service and technical support through phone, chat, email, and remote assistance. With 18+ years in customer service, 15+ years in technical support, and 11+ years of remote work experience, I stay calm and effective while troubleshooting issues and maintaining strong communication.

I’ve handled high-volume, inbound support as a Customer Service Representative and as an escalation point for complex, high-priority cases. I use active listening, de-escalation, and CRM documentation to research account issues, resolve concerns efficiently, and follow up to protect customer satisfaction.

Beyond traditional support, I’ve worked as an AI Data Annotation & Evaluation Specialist (contract), performing quality-focused reviews and labeling to support accurate datasets. I also build on my IT foundation through Google IT Support Fundamentals and Google IT Security certifications, while continuing to grow through honors-driven education and continuous improvement.
