I’m a Customer Support Professional with 15+ years of experience in customer service, leadership, logistics, and operations. I resolve customer issues, handle high-volume inquiries, de-escalate concerns, and maintain accurate documentation.
In my current role as a Customer Support Specialist at Five Star Resolution, I resolve customer concerns and billing issues through phone support. I document interactions, collaborate with teams, and train customers on products and processes.
