I'm looking to start a new chapter with a team where I can provide reliable, respectful customer support, use my English communication skills, and continue growing professionally.

At Italian Coffee Shop, I supported customers through sales, service, cashiering, barista work, cleaning, and weekly inventory updates.

I focus on making every interaction positive and attentive because every customer has different needs and deserves excellent service. This experience strengthened my interpersonal skills, confidence, sociability, and attention to detail.
