I translate complex industry topics and Deloitte eminence into interactive exercises, using AI and collaborative tools to strengthen engagement across in-person, hybrid, and virtual settings. I've led and synthesized more than 150 stakeholder interviews to define business challenges and tailor leadership development experiences.

I've built trusted relationships with Deloitte Partners, Managing Directors, and C-suite sponsors while coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, workflows, and executive-ready deliverables. I also mentor junior team members and improve processes to make delivery more consistent, scalable, and effective.

Outside Deloitte, I co-founded BoldHER, where I lead mission, branding, strategy, digital content, and quarterly virtual networking events that empower women at every career stage.
