What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service, team support, or digital marketing role where I can use bilingual communication, client support, mentoring, and social media skills while growing in a collaborative environment.

At Telus Digital in Casablanca, I support agents with daily tasks, customer handling, coaching, and banking and quality compliance.

Previously, I provided bilingual customer support, resolved client inquiries, followed up on issues, and achieved sales targets through product and service upselling. During my digital marketing internship at Automize, I helped plan advertising campaigns and created and scheduled social media content.

I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Digital Marketing and bring communication, organisation, creativity, adaptability, mentoring, and team spirit to my work.
