I’m looking for a role where I can lead ecosystem and program strategy, build cross-sector partnerships, and use analytical insights to deliver measurable youth and SME outcomes—working with partners who value collaboration and impact.

I am a Strategy and Program Development professional with over five years of experience designing and leading cross-sector initiatives that strengthen SMEs, cooperatives, and entrepreneurship ecosystems. My expertise lies in transforming complex economic challenges into scalable programs through strategic planning, ecosystem development, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Throughout my career, I have worked with government institutions, international organizations, private companies, and entrepreneurship support organizations to design incubation and acceleration programs, build strategic partnerships, and deliver initiatives with measurable outcomes. My work combines analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and program execution to ensure ideas translate into sustainable impact.

I enjoy connecting organizations, communities, and partners to create practical solutions that generate long-term value. My strengths include strategic program design, partnership development, ecosystem building, business incubation, project coordination, and translating complex information into actionable strategies.
