I’m looking for a role where I can grow partnerships and revenue with clear roadmaps, strong execution standards, and cross-functional collaboration—turning strategy into measurable results while leading teams in fast-moving environments.

I’m a Business Development and co-founder focused on turning strategy into measurable growth. In my first year of operation, I generated over IDR 150 Million in revenue, built partnerships with more than 10 multi-brand companies, and led a team of 5 to deliver work that met established quality standards.

Before that, I designed and executed more than 5 pop-up markets/bazaars with turnover exceeding IDR 30 Million per event. I supported more than 30 local brands in scaling their audience reach and spearheaded Waktoe Loeang’s 1-year business roadmap, including curating and launching a pop-up store featuring more than 10 local brands.

I also bring disciplined execution and stakeholder management from election and public-facing operations—leading KPPSLN with a team of 5, coordinating with over 50 committees, and mobilizing over 2,000 Indonesian citizens to vote. I’ve updated and verified voter data for more than 5,000 citizens and managed 10,000+ voter records, which strengthened my approach to accuracy, coordination, and high-accountability work.
