I manage 100+ resources and five concurrent projects at TOSS Solutions, supporting business intelligence work with Flipkart, Shopsy, and Telus International.

My current work includes catalog enrichment, query assistance, quality solutions, vertical definition, vertical mapping, invoice extraction, and one-to-many projects. I focus on improving project quality while maintaining delivery standards.

Previously, I led three projects simultaneously as a Team Leader, trained 80+ new trainees, and collaborated on daily updates to improve team performance. I also worked to build a motivated, positive team environment.

I began at TOSS Solutions as an Annotation Consultant, working on AI and machine learning projects involving bounding boxes, polygon annotation, semantic segmentation, and image annotation. I bring project management, resource management, leadership, planning, and attention to detail.
