I’m an Operations & AI Data Quality professional with 12+ years of progressive experience leading high-performing teams across Digital Operations, AI Operations, Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Multimodal AI Data Annotation, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, and Workforce Management. I’ve been promoted twice at Cognizant and recognized multiple times by the Dataminr client, with experience leading teams of 20-25 associates while maintaining 98%+ quality scores against SLA/KPI targets.

Most recently, I’m working as an AI Data Annotation Consultant for Orion (remote, contract), performing multimodal AI data annotation across images, video, and robotics footage using the Feather Platform. I annotate and review robotic action sequences to support embodied-AI training, and I focus on image-level labeling and quality review to ensure accuracy and consistency. I’m also currently building formal AI credentials alongside hands-on work in generative AI, prompt engineering, and trust & safety.
