I'm looking to lead delivery, operations, quality, training, transition, or AI data evaluation work where I can improve accuracy, SLA/KPI performance, process maturity, and team capability.

I've led CIBC Retail Lending and Data Integrity Services at Tata Consultancy Services, managing 70+ FTEs across cities with accountability for delivery, service quality, and performance.

Across 21+ years in banking and business process services, I've delivered projects on time and within budget, built training and onboarding programs, and led cross-geography transitions from planning and knowledge transfer through cutover and go-live.

I implemented QA frameworks and defect tracking that reduced error rates by over 25%, using root-cause analysis, corrective actions, quality dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma methods to strengthen audit outcomes and SLA/KPI adherence.

More recently, I've supported RWS AI and machine-learning workflows through structured data annotation, speech and voice evaluation, model-output review, error categorisation, and evidence-based feedback for dataset improvement.
