I'm looking to lead data operations or AI/ML data teams where I can improve quality processes, mentor teams, support clients, and build practical reporting or automation solutions.

At ACV Auto Auctions, I managed data-labeling operations for AI/ML projects, creating process guides and quality checks to improve consistent, accurate delivery. Previously at iMerit, I led text, image, and content data teams and raised data accuracy from 85% to 97%.
