What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fully remote customer support role where I can use my people skills and technical proficiency to help users.

At Sterling Bank, I support banking customers by email, phone, and in person, resolving queries about fund transfers, NIP transactions, and check issuance.

I manage transaction-error and complaint tickets using banking CRM tools, review transaction logs to assist with dispute investigations, and work with operations and tech support to troubleshoot issues.

Previously, at Oxford Landtek Integrated Nigeria Ltd, I supported clients exploring real estate investments, tracked interactions in Zoho CRM, and assisted with onboarding and document processing. I’m seeking a fully remote customer support role where I can help users through clear, empathetic support.
