Led PIH’s enterprise digital learning transformation across 19+ countries, building scalable blended learning ecosystems aligned to business goals. Managed Cornerstone OnDemand LXP deployment, authored new hire programmes, and improved VOI/ROI tracking using analytics.

Directed end-to-end learning and development and talent management for 2,700+ employees across multiple sites. Delivered SAP SuccessFactors LMS adoption (19% to 70% in 9 months), scaled LinkedIn Learning usage, and developed talent through development plans and succession pipelines.

Modernised enterprise learning platforms and integrated HR systems, reporting to the Chief Corporate Services Officer and Executive Management. Redesigned training into micro-learning eCourses with assessments and supported talent management via competency-based recruitment and testing.

Built and managed a Moodle-based group LMS from scratch supporting 13 subsidiaries and 1,000+ employees. Created SCORM- and Section 508-compliant micro-learning content and maintained low downtime and rapid turnaround for user requests and system issues.

Founded a learning technology company providing digital learning and business informatics solutions to clients in Rivers and Bayelsa States. Deployed Active Directory infrastructure and virtual learning environments within three months.

Completed an intensive oil & gas capacity-building programme covering OHS, project planning, and electrical/instrumentation design. Designed, deployed, and tested an LMS sandbox (alpha and beta) as a foundation for a later LMS deployment.

Facilitated ICT and entrepreneurship training, mentoring, coaching, and assessment for students across the college’s ICT School initiative. Supported student development through delivery and evaluation activities.

Provided IT and business consultancy, maintaining internet infrastructure and supporting managed business and technology operations. Managed projects, procurement, inventory, and M-PESA services.

Earned a BSc in Information Systems & Technology at USIU, Nairobi (2007–2010), graduating with GPA 3.2 and Dean's List recognition.

Completed an International Studies of Global Management exchange programme at HS-Bremen as a Top International Exchange Student (2008–2009).

Completed an Honours Diploma in Network Engineering (Microsoft Honours Technologies) in 2007.
