At Jobberman Nigeria, I led development of a winning technical proposal to UNICEF for a youth employability programme. I now serve as Project Manager and Private Sector Employer Lead, coordinating workplans, timelines and progress reporting.
I engage employers and match job seekers to vacancies, aligning candidates’ skills, experience and location with role requirements. I also designed an end-to-end recruitment pathway for blue-collar hiring, from sourcing through placement.
At KPMG West Africa, I designed a compensation and benefits framework for a public investment agency and conducted remuneration surveys across 52 firms in oil and gas and FinTech. The resulting pay benchmarks informed client retention strategies.
My work also includes inclusive hiring and workforce development: I facilitated Gender and Inclusion sessions for 20 training partners and evaluated training delivery across 13 states. I’m CIPM-certified and bring experience in organisational design, workforce planning and people analytics.
