I’m a Learning and Development specialist with 18+ years of progressive experience designing, developing, and deploying high-impact learning solutions for global and regional organisations. I translate business needs into measurable capability outcomes across financial services, telecoms, FMCG, market research, and international development.
I build end-to-end learning ecosystems—owning the strategy, instructional design, and delivery—while staying hands-on with eLearning development using Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 3, ScormStack, iSpring Suite, and SCORM/xAPI standards. As Founder and Chief Learning Officer at Lead Edge Learning Solutions, I’ve led SCORM-compliant multi-module projects for ECOWAS/ECOWAP, including a 16-module, 24-hour “Climate-Smart Agriculture” course with full course mapping, storyboards, video scripts, and voiceover texts.
Earlier, I built the Deekay Academy from the ground up, establishing TNA processes, annual plans, post-training evaluation, and budget frameworks.
