Led instructional design and eLearning development for international clients, delivering multi-module SCORM-compliant courses using ScormStack and Articulate Rise 360. Designed a 16-module, 24-hour Climate-Smart Agriculture course for the ECOWAP regional platform and authored course maps, storyboards, video scripts, and voiceover text.

Built the Deekay Academy end-to-end, establishing L&D processes including training needs analysis, annual plans, evaluation, and budget frameworks. Developed 20 bespoke learning modules, launched Lunch and Learn, and implemented LinkedIn Learning to embed continuous learning culture; led leadership pathways and learning impact reporting against business KPIs.

Developed SCORM assets and eLearning courses across multiple clients, including Canvas LMS-based content, Moodle-hosted modules, and Articulate Rise 360 conversions. Produced curriculum for 36 modules across 9 competencies and co-authored a NovoEd time management module with a US L&D firm.

Spearheaded a company-wide L&D strategy and introduced new eLearning offerings on internal learning platforms. Converted classroom programmes to digital modules, achieving 90% completion rates across business units, and revamped the joiner onboarding programme while delivering instructor-led soft skills training.

Managed full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, performance management, training planning, and HR budgeting. Achieved 100% implementation of the annual training plan and supported performance management system digitalisation by defining strategic-aligned performance metrics.

Managed HR operations across Nigeria and Ghana in line with GfK global HR guidelines. Expanded adoption of Learning@GfK (Saba LMS) across Sub-Saharan Africa, supported succession planning with talent readiness interviews, and led performance management using People@GfK.

Conducted training needs analysis and developed group-wide learning plans aligned to business strategy. Rolled out and assessed training programmes, tracked relevance and impact against business outcomes, and produced monthly HR reports while managing HR policies and compliance.

Designed and delivered frontline Customer Care and Sales training for a national telecoms operator. Created the KA-KA framework to connect knowledge acquisition to quality assurance and developed blended eLearning modules via LMS, including annual learning strategy and cost management oversight.

Led enterprise-wide Training Needs Analysis using competency assessments, appraisals, and business consultations, then designed and maintained training curricula aligned to business needs. Managed pan-African academy assets (curriculum, competency framework, course catalogue, faculty directory) and ran Kirkpatrick Level 1–4 evaluations, including ROI measurement.

Coordinated onboarding of graduate trainees and experienced hires, delivering induction programmes and conducting exploratory visits for offshore prospective hires. Supported onboarding logistics and training preparation for bank-wide intake cycles.

Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Jos in 2004.
