What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a learning-focused organization where I can design practical programs from TNA to ROI tracking, collaborate with stakeholders, and help people grow through meaningful, measurable training experiences that drive real results.

I’m a Learning & Development professional who genuinely enjoys helping people grow into their potential. Over the past five years, I’ve deployed training across Africa—designing and delivering learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and rooted in real-world application.

I focus on capacity building and talent development, creating initiatives that go beyond transferring knowledge to build confidence, clarity, and capability. Whether through workshops, structured programs, or collaborative sessions, I design learning experiences that meet people where they are and move them forward in a meaningful way.

In my current and recent roles, I conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNAs), translate findings into L&D roadmaps, and manage the end-to-end training lifecycle—from proposal development and curriculum design to facilitation coordination, evaluation, and ROI tracking. I also monitor learning impact using post-training assessments and performance improvement metrics.

My outcomes reflect how I work: I’ve been twice awarded Chairman Recognition (2024 &205) for innovation and impact in the L&D unit, and I helped scale a Learning &D revenue portfolio from zero to multi-million-naira levels, driving over 2,000% profit growth. I also led over 200 L&D initiatives and achieved a 92% satisfaction rate in training feedback surveys.
