What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, or business systems role where I can coordinate technical processes, improve workflows, guide customers through adoption, and grow through cross-functional collaboration.

At HighRadius Technologies, I supported SaaS onboarding and implementation for 50+ enterprise accounts, coordinating requirements, data, documentation, stakeholder follow-ups, and implementation milestones.

I translate business requirements into clear workflows, configuration needs, and actionable tasks. Using Excel, SQL, and Python/Pandas, I validate data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate imports, mappings, and implementation outcomes.

I work across technical, business, and internal teams to troubleshoot workflow and integration issues through ServiceNow, Zendesk, and JIRA. I also create user guidance, process maps, validation notes, and workflow records that help customers adopt systems confidently.

Alongside my SaaS experience, I support high-volume customer operations at Boston Pizza, where I train team members, improve ramp-up consistency, and resolve customer concerns in a fast-paced environment.
