I’m looking to lead B2B SaaS/ERP implementations and partnering with Product/Engineering to improve onboarding, adoption, and customer outcomes through clear processes and measurable KPIs.

I’m an Implementation and customer delivery leader with 10+ years of B2B SaaS and ERP experience, focused on delivering end-to-end client implementations. I co-led 3 ERP implementations, then served as the primary lead for 17 additional rollouts (20 total), consistently owning timelines and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

I’ve standardized onboarding delivery through a full process audit, replacing ad hoc methods with a structured framework to improve consistency and reduce knowledge gaps. I also built a client risk-scoring matrix to surface high-risk implementations early and prioritize support proactively, and I introduced an in-product help widget to reduce user friction and improve post-implementation self-service.
