I have worked extensively on Amadeus and SITA, handled check-in, baggage make-up, preloading, and coordinated turnaround activities with catering, cargo, and ground teams.

I have served as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Air India Airport Services Ltd., performing ticketing and reservations tasks, preparing international itineraries, operating as Tango 5 officer for flight releases, and supporting HR functions including recruitment, training, and development. I resolved customer issues, managed hotel billing and vouchers, and executed backend office tasks using MS Office suite.
