I am a Customer support executive focused on delivering quality customer service for international processes. I bring a strong belief in Airport Management & Ground Staff Performance, backed by my training through APTECH AVIATION ACADEMY.
In my recent role, I handled customer support for international process in ILeads (Nov 2024–May 2025). Previously, I worked on an international process at Alorica for Food Delivery (Feb 2022–Apr 2023) in a non-voice environment.
I also gained customer service expertise through ticketing and reservation work at IGT (Sept 2020–Oct 2021), supporting Indigo & Air India processes. I’m a dedicated go-getter with a strong, deliverable attitude toward achieving organizational goals.
