What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can be the first point of contact, resolve complaints quickly, and use CRM tools (HubSpot/Zendesk/Freshdesk/Zoho) to improve customer satisfaction, with opportunities to grow in customer success and CRM operations.

I’m a Customer Support professional with 5+ years of experience across hospitality and education, focused on being the first point of contact and delivering timely, accurate responses. I handle 50+ customer interactions daily while resolving complaints to improve customer satisfaction.

I work confidently with CRM tools including HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Zoho CRM, using feedback to improve the customer experience. I also support onboarding and engagement initiatives, helping members and visitors feel supported from the start.

From front desk and reception roles to community-facing support, I’ve strengthened my written and verbal communication, staying calm under pressure and adapting quickly to new systems. I’m currently building experience through CRM-related work, including a website and CRM integration project for Treasure Kitchen.
