I’m a motivated, adaptable professional with over four years’ experience in customer service, administration, and policy management. I deliver clear, accurate information across calls, emails, and webchat while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Across my roles, I’ve consistently handled high-volume workloads and met targets for policy renewals, complaint resolution, and call handling. I also take ownership of accurate data handling, ensuring transactions, policy changes, and refunds are processed correctly.
