What I'm looking for
I’m an organised, results-oriented customer service professional with a proven track record of significantly increasing service quality, sales, and customer base. In my current remote Patient Services Administrator role, I’m the first point of contact for NHS services, delivering responsive care, escalating appropriately, maintaining accurate computerised records, and identifying safeguarding issues.
