In my current role as a Sales Outreach & Backend Operations Executive, I spearhead corporate and community outreach campaigns to boost conversions. I manage stakeholder communication through online and offline meetings, track performance metrics, and ensure zero-delay follow-ups.

I’m highly skilled in CRM & data pipeline management—using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets to filter large lead sheets, schedule follow-ups, and maintain clean internal CRM trackers. I also curate targeted content distribution strategies to capture, filter, and nurture incoming digital leads into final sign-ups.

Earlier, as an Operations & Academic Intern at GSB Law Firm, I handled systematic documentation logs and client records with strict confidentiality. I also optimized backend workflows and database management to streamline daily office administrative tasks—strengthening the detail-orientated, process-driven way I work today.
