I'm looking for a Business Development, Sales Development Representative, or Business Analyst–Consultant role where I can apply prospecting, lead qualification, client advisory, CRM reporting, and process-improvement skills.

I've managed 565+ student and parent prospect cases at CMR National PU College, owning outreach, qualification, discovery conversations, and follow-through to close.

I use Zoho CRM and Excel to track pipeline stages, identify conversion bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements. I also translate complex program and policy information into clear next steps while coordinating internal handoffs under tight deadlines.
