What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in marketing and lead generation where I can use Zoho Recruit CRM to manage pipelines, strengthen corporate partnerships, and support client/stakeholder coordination through data-driven follow-ups.

I’m a Business Management graduate specializing in Financial Management and Marketing, with hands-on experience in lead generation, CRM-based recruitment tracking, and corporate partnership development.

In my current Associate role at Kuba Edu Consulting, I coordinate with university partners, manage client relationships for student admissions, and convert prospects into enrolled students through consultative sales. I also handle follow-ups and documentation to ensure applications are processed accurately and on time.

Previously, as a Corporate Alliance Intern at IIDE, I onboarded hiring partners for student placements by building corporate contacts and serving as the primary point of contact. I managed end-to-end coordination using Zoho Recruit CRM for lead management and recruitment tracking.

Earlier, with AIESEC South Mumbai, I cold-called prospective participants, built and maintained a prospect database, and ran on-campus awareness campaigns across colleges—while ensuring the safety and well-being of exchange students during the program.
