What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to a reputable organization’s success while continuing to learn, improve, and grow with the organization.

At Google India through Astreya Consultancy, I provide hardware and software support to onsite users while managing desktop and laptop operations.

I handle IT inventory, asset tagging, SAP asset assignments, Guts ticket ownership, host creation and deletion in Pursue, and logistics data preparation. I also support macOS and iOS monitoring, configuration, migration, troubleshooting, imaging, enrollment, and MDM profile management.

Previously at Talentedge Education Ventures, I led LMS administration, user support, cohort setup, session assignment, and content maintenance.

I've supported users remotely and onsite, managed networks and device inventory, maintained studios, edited eLearning videos, documented processes, tracked incidents, reported application bugs, and presented team performance metrics to leadership. I'm always open to learning and improving myself.
