I’m a Technical Support / Desktop Support Engineer with 5+ years of L1–L2 experience providing support in Windows environments. I specialize in troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, printers, VPN, and basic networking issues, with a strong focus on clear end-user communication.

In my most recent role as IT Admin / Desktop Support Engineer, I provided L1/L2 onsite and remote support, installed and configured Windows systems (and Ubuntu Linux basics), and resolved hardware, software, and connectivity problems within SLA timelines. I also supported IP CCTV cameras, scanners, and All-in-One desktop systems while maintaining system uptime and user satisfaction.

Earlier, as an IT Admin / System Administrator (Exam Center Support), I managed exam-center IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, and networks, providing real-time support under time-critical conditions. I troubleshot OS, hardware, and network issues, monitored CCTV operations, and handled basic data backup and system monitoring—always with continuity and speed in mind.
