At Darwinbox, I designed their Changemakers community from 0 to 2,000+ members and led both online and offline experiences—from webinars and Leadership Summits to Changemakers Champions Connect and roundtable dinners. I created an Ideas Portal to capture product feedback and drove $1.6 Million+ in lead generation through events that supported upsell goals.

I also build advocacy that sticks: I engaged 70%+ C-suite executives, reduced customer support queries by 43%, and improved NPS by 15%.
