I’m a dedicated HR and Community Management professional with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and community building. I’ve built programs that grow participation, deepen member relationships, and strengthen community impact through consistent outreach and well-run initiatives.

At HerKey, I served as Communities Executive & Ambassadors Club Manager, organizing and managing events such as masterclasses, interviews, live sessions, roundtables, and meetups (online and offline). I developed and nurtured a strong community by engaging new and existing members across multiple channels, and I worked closely with internal teams across tech, design, and sales to streamline operations and improve the member experience.

I also oversaw the HerKey learning platform, focusing on continuous improvement and increased user engagement. By leading new initiatives to enhance member satisfaction, I supported membership renewals and retention, while managing the Ambassadors Club to foster relationships with key members and influencers and amplify community impact.

Previously, as an HR Recruiter at ConseroGlobalSolutions, I collaborated with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and improve processes. I analyzed job descriptions, conducted thorough candidate screenings and interviews, built recruiting plans, leveraged social media and job boards for outreach, streamlined interview scheduling processes, and worked with HR leadership on competitive salary packages—earning “TopPerformer (2023).”
