I’m looking to lead community-led growth for a SaaS/EdTech company—owning engagement, retention, and event programming—while partnering cross-functionally and using data-driven feedback loops to scale impact.

I’m a results-driven Community Manager with 4+ years of experience building, growing, and engaging online and in-person communities across SaaS, EdTech, and Events. I’ve driven member growth, reduced churn, and increased engagement using structured programming, event execution, and data-driven feedback loops.

I build community-led growth engines end-to-end—onboarding journeys, lifecycle engagement campaigns, moderation, and ambassador programmes—while partnering closely with marketing, product, and business development teams. I’m especially focused on turning feedback into measurable KPI improvements, scaling workflows with HubSpot/Airtable/Notion, and creating experiences that convert first-time participants into returning members.
