I’m a results-driven Community Manager with 4+ years of experience building, growing, and engaging online and in-person communities across SaaS, EdTech, and Events. I focus on member growth, reducing churn, and increasing engagement through structured programming and data-driven feedback loops.

At the Global Startups Club – Bengaluru Chapter, I managed and grew a community of 2,000+ startup founders and operators, driving month-over-month increases in active members and engagement. I built an ambassador programme, ran AMAs and networking events, and created post-event feedback loops to measure KPIs and continuously improve quality.

As Founder & Community-Led Growth Lead at Maantrix Tech, I built a SaaS community from scratch and designed onboarding journeys and lifecycle engagement campaigns using HubSpot and Airtable to improve activation, retention, and organic referral rates. I also automated member workflows with Notion and Zapier to personalize outreach at scale.

Previously, as Co-Founder & Community & Events Lead at Baxtone Events, I planned and delivered 50+ corporate, B2B, and conference/virtual events end-to-end, and led a team of 10+ coordinators to handle logistics and on-site issues.
