Built and managed end-to-end sponsorships and partnerships from ecosystem partners to logistics and venue partners. In one year alone, I successfully secured and managed over 25 partners and sponsors, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Creating high-impact programming that now benefits 500+ founders every month, offering them opportunities for learning, networking, investor access, and enterprise connections, all fully managed by me.

Through these efforts, GTMDialogues has established itself as a go-to community for SaaS founders to learn, grow, and connect, while I have built processes, partnerships, and playbooks to scale events and member engagements in a sustainable and impactful way.
