I’m looking for a role where I can deliver senior-level technical support and customer resolutions, own escalations with complete documentation, and improve knowledge base content. I want a team that values clear processes, teamwork, and career growth. I am looking for e PIURELY WORK FROM HOME.

I’m a Senior Analyst who blends technical support, customer service expertise, and strong documentation discipline to resolve issues end-to-end. I’m goal-oriented and detail-oriented, with a “work+ethics” mindset that keeps escalations fully tracked, reported, and resolved.

Over 5 years, I’ve provided technical support by ensuring “Basic Troubleshooting Steps (BTS) has been provided accordingly,” remotely connecting with customers and clients, and coordinating with company ITs. I’m also experienced in handling fraud & investigations and supporting new batches using call flow, work process, resolutions, and escalations.

Earlier roles strengthened my operations and customer-facing impact: I handled billing for residential and industrial consumers, managed administrative back-office work, and coordinated service visits with field engineers.
