I combine technical training from a Diploma in Information Technology with strong communication skills developed in service roles.

I have completed a Diploma in Information Technology and a Diploma in English from Esoft Metro Campus, alongside certificate training in Tamil. My work history includes roles as a Call Center Operator & Visa Processing Executive, Dental Assistant, and Junior Public Relations Executive, where I supported operations and client interactions.
