I'm seeking a full-time remote role in client support, customer success, or BPO coordination, applying my international experience in on-call client coordination and bookings. I value stability, growth, and global teamwork—especially with companies that appreciate initiative, clear communication, and continuous learning. Available immediately and comfortable across time zones.

I am a dedicated Client Support Consultant with hands-on experience in international BPO operations, specializing in on-call client coordination and bookings management. Most recently, I worked with Ceylon Medical Consulting Services (CCMS) , collaborating closely with UK-based partners Day Webster UK Ltd. and Care Providers UK Ltd. In this role, I served as the primary point of contact for clients, managing real-time inquiries, coordinating complex bookings, and ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals and international stakeholders.

My background has equipped me with strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and a proven track record of adapting quickly to new systems and workflows. I am comfortable working across time zones and have experience supporting international clients with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Cybersecurity at Swinburne University, which adds a unique technical dimension to my profile. This combination of client-facing experience and emerging technical knowledge allows me to approach problems with both empathy and analytical thinking—a valuable asset in any remote support or customer success role.

I am now seeking a fully remote position where I can contribute my communication skills, coordination experience, and tech-forward mindset to a global team.
