I’m a detail-oriented technical professional with over 5 years of experience in system engineering, technical troubleshooting, and data analysis. I’m fluent in English, Hebrew, and Russian, and I’m focused on evaluating AI models, analyzing language data, and ensuring high-quality localization and machine translation outputs.

In my current role as an Endpoint Engineer & Technical Analyst, I analyze and evaluate complex system events, data logs, and program errors to assess scope, impact, and root causes. I document technical processes, create standardized operational procedures, and maintain internal knowledge bases with a high degree of accuracy. I also use PowerShell scripting and technical tools to provide accurate data evaluation and costing for custom applications.

Previously, as a Junior System Administrator, I evaluated technical specifications and produced accurate documentation for IT staff planning infrastructure upgrades. I troubleshoot software errors using systematic diagnostics, document resolutions, and prioritize issues by business impact, while implementing automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve data protection procedures.

Earlier experience includes IT Helpdesk Specialist work where I built and maintained an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies, and diagnosed complex issues to provide structured instructions remotely in Hebrew and English. I also served as COO, analyzing company operations and performance data, hiring and training employees, and coordinating with board members and staff to resolve complex organizational problems.
