What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a data-analytics role where I can own KPI dashboards and ETL automation, partner with stakeholders, and turn operational signals into reliable, actionable insights in a detail-focused, collaborative team.

I’m a Data Analyst and B.Sc. Applied Mathematics graduate with 3 years of experience collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting operational and customer data to support decision-making. I specialize in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) and focus on data accuracy through validation and quality checks.

In my current role, I build and maintain Grafana dashboards using Prometheus data to track real-time KPIs, service health, trends, and anomalies. I write and optimize SQL queries for recurring customer reports and internal dashboards, and I automate reporting workflows to reduce manual investigation effort.

I also translate business and operational requirements into measurable metrics, dashboards, and automated ETL workflows while communicating actionable findings to cross-functional stakeholders. Earlier experience managing high-accuracy information security operations strengthened my attention to detail, independent execution, and clear stakeholder communication.
