I’m an IT professional with 3+ years of experience across enterprise and MSP environments, where I’ve built a reputation for owning complex infrastructure and delivering under pressure. I’m comfortable working independently, coordinating with stakeholders, and quickly adapting when priorities shift.

In my most recent role as a Systems Administrator at Teledyne FLIR, I provided Tier 3 support for an on-prem dual-network datacenter environment—covering hypervisors, switches, firewalls, and SANs—and Tier 2 support across a large Local R&D site with 300+ Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints. I administered a virtualized staging infrastructure on vSphere (about ~1000 nodes), managing provisioning, maintenance, decommissioning, and troubleshooting for Microsoft Server OS (2008–2022) and Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS).

I established technical ownership of the site’s Commvault backup environment, managing end-to-end data lifecycle, test recoveries, and DR capabilities aligned with industry standards (ISO, NIST, etc.). I also handled User-Lifecycle & Access Management for regional sites, performed monthly SOX compliance audit reviews across ME sites, and worked closely with US-based corporate IT on remote managed systems and broader support operations.

Earlier, as a Support Engineer at an MSP (RDTECH), I delivered Tier 1 & 2 support for Windows and macOS users through ticketing, while administering users and security via Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy. I served as Super Administrator for Google Workspace and Global Administrator for Microsoft 365 across multiple client tenants, led SharePoint migrations, integrated Zabbix monitoring with custom dashboards and alerting, and supported VoIP/SIP systems from setup through troubleshooting.
