At Algosec, I’m part of the global IT team, supporting employees including the company’s VPs and CEO in a Microsoft cloud-based environment. I created more than 80 guides and documentation for team members.
I deploy, monitor, and manage enterprise systems and security platforms, administer Microsoft servers and Active Directory, and manage user permissions and access across platforms. I also handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Previously, I supported approximately 400 users as an IT Specialist at Elementor in a SaaS environment based on Okta and Google Workspace. At GoSystems, I handled IT matters at the Azrieli.com client site for approximately 110 users.
