I am a motivated, multilingual Helpdesk and System Technician with hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows systems, maintaining servers, installing hardware/software, and supporting Active Directory environments. I currently work as a System Technician while completing a certified Cybersecurity (SOC Analyst) course, bringing practical skills in Windows Server 2022, Group Policy, and remote assistance tools.

I have proven customer-facing experience from a prior managerial role, strong fundamentals in networking and Linux basics, and a commitment to continuous learning in cybersecurity and system administration. I seek remote opportunities where I can apply and expand my technical expertise to solve real-world problems and contribute to reliable IT operations.
