I’m looking for B2B opportunities where I can own infrastructure operations end-to-end—improving reliability with monitoring and backups, securing networks, and using AI-assisted scripting to automate deployments and maintenance.

I’m a Senior Infrastructure & IT Operations Engineer with 25 years managing complete enterprise IT environments—bare-metal servers, networking, virtualization, and databases. I’ve operated as a standalone IT department, supporting multi-site infrastructure for 50–300 users, while keeping uptime and incident response tight.

In my current role, I architected and built server infrastructure from scratch, led a zero-downtime P2V migration to VMware ESXi, and optimized Windows Server RDS for ~50 concurrent remote users. I deploy monitoring and recovery rigorously with Zabbix/Grafana and Veeam Backup & Replication (including recovery testing), and I design secure multi-site MikroTik networks with VLANs, routing, and VPN tunnels.
